Welcome to AI AgentForge, operated by VAapps. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
1. Overview
AI AgentForge is an AI agent platform that allows you to configure and run AI-powered agents and workflows using your own API keys from third-party LLM providers (such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, NVIDIA NIM, Ollama, and vLLM).
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform.
- By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. API Keys & Third-Party Services
Important: AI AgentForge uses YOUR API keys to make requests to third-party AI providers. You are responsible for the costs incurred by your API key usage. We do not provide free AI model access — we provide the platform to orchestrate your own AI resources.
- You must have the right to use the API keys you provide.
- You are responsible for all charges from third-party providers resulting from your use of the platform.
- We store your API keys solely to make requests to your chosen provider on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- You should rotate or revoke your API keys if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AI AgentForge to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing content
- Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to bypass safety guardrails or code execution restrictions
- Send unsolicited emails (spam) using the email tool
- Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform
- Overload the platform with excessive requests or abuse free-tier model limits
- Use the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
6. AI-Generated Content
Disclaimer on AI Responses
- AI responses are generated by third-party language models (not by AI AgentForge).
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biased information.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using AI-generated content.
- AI AgentForge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI response.
- Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
7. Code Execution
AI AgentForge includes a code execution tool that runs Python code. We implement safety guardrails to prevent harmful operations, including blocking:
- File deletion and system commands
- Network access and environment variable reading
- Dangerous functions like
eval(), exec(), and subprocess
However, no sandbox is perfectly secure. You acknowledge that code execution carries inherent risks and agree not to intentionally attempt to bypass these safeguards.
8. Intellectual Property
- The AI AgentForge platform, its design, code, and branding are the property of AI AgentForge.
- You retain ownership of any input data (messages, files) you provide to the platform.
- You retain ownership of any output generated specifically for you through the platform, subject to the third-party provider's terms.
- We do not claim ownership over your chat history, configurations, or generated content.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
AI AgentForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Guarantees of uptime, availability, or error-free operation
- Guarantees that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or useful
- Guarantees that code execution is fully sandboxed or secure
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI AgentForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Costs incurred from third-party API usage
- Damages resulting from AI-generated content
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Service interruptions or data loss
11. Account Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
